Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition and accompanied by its original packaging and certificate of authenticity.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalised or engraved jewellery
• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Sale or discounted items

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the returns process, please contact our team at evannyvision@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

We are happy to offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. Please contact us to arrange this.
